Lucia Tabacco - Nutrition Coach & Yoga Teacher Specialising in Holistic Health

Hi, I’m Lucia, a Nutrition Coach and Yoga teacher passionate about health, movement, and the deep connection between body and mind. But my journey to understand true wellness wasn’t straightforward. Like many women, I struggled with disordered eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and PCOS, leaving me disconnected from my body.

For years, I felt disconnected from my body. I believed that controlling/restricting food and exercise was the key to health, but instead, it led me to hormonal imbalances, energy depletion, and a missing menstrual cycle. It wasn’t until I started learning about menstrual cycle health, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and mindful movement that I finally understood: true health isn’t about restriction or perfection—it’s about balance, nourishment, and listening to our body’s needs.

My Journey in Nutrition & Yoga

I hold a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from the University of Milan, my hometown, and I’ve spent years studying the effects of nutrition on hormonal balance, gut health, and overall well-being.

But health is not just about what we eat-it’s about how we move, breathe, and manage stress. Yoga, breathwork, and mobility training have been fundamental in my healing process, helping me restore body awareness, nervous system balance, and overall resilience. I now integrate these practices into my approach, guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, move more intuitively, and cultivate strength and flexibility—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Why I do this work

For years, I felt like my body was working against me. I struggled with eating disorders, hormonal imbalances, and eventually lost my period for over 8 months consecutively due to hypothalamic amenorrhea and PCOS. I was caught in a cycle of restriction, stress, and disconnection—pushing my body instead of listening to it.

It wasn’t until I started learning about menstrual cycle health, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and mindful movement that everything changed. I realised that my body wasn’t broken; it was just asking for nourishment, balance, and care.

I now believe that our menstrual cycle is one of the most powerful indicators of health, yet many women feel disconnected from it. Through cycle syncing, holistic nutrition, and movement, I guide women to work with their bodies—not against them—so they can experience more energy, balance, and well-being.

Now I help women overcome period problems, restore their metabolism, and feel in tune with their bodies again.
